We at Single Mom Ministry want to invite you to give a lasting gift this Christmas. A gift of love to a single mom family in the Traverse City area. This brochure is designed to introduce the multiple ways in which you and your family can bless a single mom this Holiday season. Single Mom Ministry is a relationship based ministry that seeks to strengthen, empower and support the single mom home by providing activity based programming, one on one discipleship, home visits, and resources to the single mom and her children. All gifts will be given to single moms that we have contact with and many of the gifts will give the single mom opportunity to enroll in a budgeting class, participate in some of our programming and build a realtionship with one of our volunteers. Ring in the Holidays with the Gift of Rent: Keep a single mom family in their home this holiday season by giving the gift of rent. Along with the gift of rent each single mom will take part in a budgeting class. 1. Gift of RENT: $500 2. Share of RENT: $50
Give the Gift of Warmth:
Provide heat for a single mom home and increase the warmth of love to that family! Along with the gift of heat each single mom will take part in a budgeting class. 3. Gift of HEAT: $150 4. Share of HEAT: $25
Give the Gift of Shelter:
Shelter a single mom family this year by providing a roof for their home. Not only will you physically shelter them they will hear how God is their true shelter from the storm. 5. Gift of a ROOF: $1100 6. Share of a ROOF: $250
Strap on a Tool Belt and Repair a Furnace:
Repair a furnace for a single mom this winter while sending her a care package that will bring warmth to the entire family. (care package includes Bible, hot chocolate, family devotional book, and a small tool set) 7. Gift of Repairing a FURNACE: $175
Welcome in the New Year with a New Water Heater:
Give the gift of a new water heater to a single mom home and open the door to relationship building with the single mom and her children. 8. Gift of a WATER HEATER: $270

Keep Her Running:
Many single moms need help keeping their cars running. Give the gift of an oil change or new breaks this winter and allow our ministry to share the true souce of energy in our lives, our Heavenly Father. 11. Gift of BREAKS: $22012. Gift of an OIL CHANGE: $34
Empowering Gift of Family:
By giving the gifts below you will be strengthening and empowering the single mom home. All of the lessons include equipment/uniforms needed. The Family Fun Pack is designed to encourage the single mom family to make a positive family memory and enjoy one another! 13. Gift of TAE KWON DOE Lessons: $1000/year 14. Gift of SWIMMING Lessons: $50/8 weeks 15. Gift of TELEVISION PRODUCTION CLASSES: $50/session16.
