Our community is amazing!

Yesterday was Giving Tuesday and thanks to so many of you we raised over $82,000 to support single moms and their families! We are overjoyed by your generosity!

Our community’s commitment to help single moms reach healthy independence is giving us so much reason to rejoice! For the last 15 years we have been community supported and you have shown us our community support is only growing stronger.

Thank you for sharing your generosity with us as we continue investing in the lives of single moms together. We cannot do this good work without you!

If you missed out on the fun yesterday, the needs at Single MOMM are increasing every day. Consider giving to impact one family at a time with us before the end of the year.

Giving Tuesday is November 28 - a global day of generosity when communities come together to support causes that are important to them. Single MOMM is so excited to jump in on the fun today with a matching gift of $25,000 thanks to a generous donor! That means every gift given up to $25,000 is DOUBLED!

Any amount given goes directly towards impacting the life of a single mom and her family. Give today to help us reach our goal of raising $50,000!

Spread the word by sharing this post and why you love Single MOMM on Facebook using #SingleMOMMGives.

Together, we are changing the trajectory of single moms and their children, one family at a time.

*We are 100% privately funded and debt free.

**Single MOMM is a 501c3 non-profit ministry that is open to never married, divorced, or widowed single moms who are raising their biological children, adopted children, or children they have legal guardianship over. We are a faith based organization that welcomes women from all walks of life and beliefs.

In 2022/2023, we had the blessing of serving 1,906 families living in the Greater Grand Traverse area and neighboring bedroom communities.

Many single moms are in dire need of affordable housing, quality child care, and vocations conducive to parenting solo. These needs often make it necessary for women to live in the rural areas surrounding Grand Traverse County and commute long distances for work. Effective support for these families must include services both in the heart of Traverse City and the surrounding counties. Scroll down to learn more about how we are expanding into the rural areas.

To continue to reach these families and the many more needing our services, we need the continued support of our churches, businesses, families, and individuals.
